DIE BASIS /THE BASIS
Die Ausgangsbasis für jedes Unikat stellt unsere Standardversion des Boards dar. Modifizierbar sind im Allgemeinen die Materialien, Farben und Oberflächenverdelung der Einzelteile. Dazu gehören Case, Bodenplatte und Mountingplate. Zusätzliche Gravuren lassen sich in der Regel ebenfalls umsetzen.
The starting point for each unique piece is our standard version of the board. Modifiable are the materials, colors and surface finish of the individual parts. This includes the case, base plate and mounting plate. Additional engravings can usually be implemented as well.
MATERIALIEN /MATERIALS
Wir verwenden für unsere Tastaturen vorwiegend Aluminium und Messing. Andere Materialien sind grundsätztlich denkbar und werden im Einzelfall auf Machbarkeit geprüft.
We mainly use aluminum and brass for our keyboards. Other materials are conceivable in principle and will be checked for feasibility in individual cases.
FARBEN UND OBERFLÄCHENVEREDELUNG /
COLORS AND FINISHES
Je nach Art der Oberflächenbehandlung sind verschiedene Farben möglich. Eloxieren bietet ein breites Spektrum an Farben, ist jedoch eingeschränkt in der "Nachahmung" von Farbtönen. Es bedarf also vieler Versuche die genaue Farbe zu treffen. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir für solche Fälle Cerakoating. Cerakoating ist eine dünne Beschichtung mit einer Art Farbe, ähnlich wie man es vom Lackieren oder Pulverbeschichten kennt.
Depending on the type of surface treatment, different colors are possible. Anodizing offers a wide range of colors, but is limited in "imitating" color shades. Therefore, it requires many attempts to match the exact color. For this reason we recommend Cerakoating for such cases. Cerakoating is a thin coating with a kind of paint, similar to what is known from painting or powder coating.

Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass wir für Sonderanfertigungen keine Pauschalpreise angeben können und diese sich von Unikat zu Unikat unterscheiden. Nachdem wir euer Vorhaben auf Machbarkeit geprüft haben können wir euch eine erste Einschätzung zu den entstehenden Kosten geben.
Please understand that we can't quote a fixed price for custom-made items and that these vary from one unique piece to the next. After we have checked the feasibility of your project, we can give you an initial estimate of the costs involved.
